Ben heads up BFY’s Strategy and Transaction Advisory Team and leads M&A assignments. He has extensive experience of the full M&A process and a deep understanding of the aspects for completing energy market transactions. Since joining Bfy, Ben has led 9 transactions within the energy market and has been both a sell-side and buy-side advisor. He has extensive M&A strategy and due diligence experience which is utilised to conduct financial analysis and business modelling. Before joining Bfy, Ben was Associate Director at HSBC, Vice President at Nomura and a City Analyst at Legal & General.

Will Ephraim
Head of Business Development (UK) @Eliq

Will is Head of Business Development (UK) at Eliq: an enterprise SaaS provider of customer engagement and energy insights software to the utilities industry. Eliq today serves 17 utilities globally with its SaaS platform delivering energy insights and customer engagement software, such as applications for mobile and web that enable customers to benefit from smart metering by better understanding and managing their energy usage.

Will has over 13 years of experience in energy, having worked in several roles at E.ON and Siemens.
